Cory Schisler brings more than 20 years of hospitality development, concept creation, and pre-opening experience across hotels, restaurants, and mixed-use hospitality projects.

His background spans the full lifecycle of hospitality development, from initial concept creation and positioning through design development, construction oversight, pre-opening planning, operational readiness, brand development, and launch execution. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the opening, repositioning, or redevelopment of more than 25 hotels and restaurants across North America, ranging from independent luxury boutique properties to large-scale hospitality brands.

Notable projects include The Madrona, a luxury hotel and restaurant in California recognized with Two Michelin Keys and numerous international hospitality awards, as well as development and opening work with Viceroy Hotel Group, Highgate Hotels, Sustainable Restaurant Group and multiple independent hospitality brands.

Cory can serve as a strategic development partner and project lead, helping ownership groups align concept, design, operations, guest experience, and commercial objectives throughout the development process. His role is often focused on ensuring that hospitality projects maintain a clear vision from early planning through opening, while coordinating across developers, architects, designers, operators, consultants, and stakeholders.

The result is hospitality concepts that are operationally sound, commercially viable, and differentiated within an increasingly competitive global market.
